Apollo A7LB space suit pressure relief valve, measuring 2? in diameter and 1.25? tall, engraved on the edge with part numbers, "ASSY 9334-04, SN-1032, A7LB-109049-01." Manufactured by Air-Lock, the blue anodized valve was used to vent gas from the suit should an over-pressure condition happen when the crewmember was pressurized in the suit. It was set to open somewhere between 4.6 to 5.4 pounds per square inch. The Apollo suit operated at a nominal pressure of 3.75 pounds per square inch. In fine condition, with a small piece of tape affixed to the top of the valve.
