Interesting Earth-orbit flown brown Beta cloth utility strap, 10.5 x .75, used within the Lunar Module ‘Spider’ while in orbit during Apollo 9. The strap has the original SEB and S/N numbers, which can be tied to the flight manifest. Accompanied by a signed illustrated letter of provenance from James McDivitt that reads, “I certify that this utility stowage strap flew on Apollo 9 on her flight from March 3-13, 1969. It is from my personal collection.” Rare mission used artifact as man continued preparations for the moon landing.
