Highly appealing program for a New York State Dinner honoring the crew of Apollo 8 at the Waldorf–Astoria on January 10, 1969, 6 x 8.5, with embossed moon on front and menu inside, signed on the front cover in black felt tip by James Lovell and Bill Anders, and in blue ballpoint by Frank Borman. Includes the original patriotic cord. In fine condition, with light toning along the right edge. Consignor notes that the signatures were obtained by Michael Strunk, a Waldorf-Astoria employee who worked in the banquet department during the 1950s and 1960s.
