‘Splashdown’ postal cover with a stamped cachet honoring the Pacific U.S. Navy Pacific Recovery Force for the Apollo 17 mission, postmarked aboard the USS Ticonderoga, on December 19, 1972, signed in black ink or felt tip by Gene Cernan, Ron Evans, and Harrison Schmitt. The upper left corner is also signed by Norman Green, the commanding officer of the Ticonderoga, and Ted Dahill, the prime helicopter recovery pilot. In fine condition. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from Zarelli Space Authentication.
