Uniquely designed 6.25 x 9.5 light blue card with the Apollo 16 mission emblem, mission dates, and printed names of the Apollo 16 crew, signed in black felt tip by “John Young” and in blue felt tip “Ken Mattingly” and “Charlie Duke.” The card is affixed to a 24 x 20 piece of cardstock along with seven images from the flight of Apollo 16, ranging from liftoff to splashdown. A handwritten dedication in the center of the display reads: “To Herb Kaufman, With sincere thanks for our help and with best wishes from the three of us. John, Ken, & Charile.” In fine condition, with scattered soiling and corner bumps and creases to the larger board.
