Color satin-finish 9.5 x 7.5 color photo of the Apollo 16 crew standing in front of a lunar background with their mission logo, signed in blue felt tip by Ken Mattingly, John Young, and Charlie Duke, inscribed in blue felt tip by Young, “To Larry, with many thanks and best wishes, Apollo 16, Ps. Simulation alone is not enough.” Affixed to a 10.5 x 8.25 size mount. In very good condition, with cracking to emulsion throughout, emulsion missing from upper right corner tip, and slight fading to the image. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from Scott Cornish.
