<B>Apollo 16 Lunar Module Flown LM Cue Card</B></I> from the collection of Lunar Module Pilot Charles M. Duke, Jr., 7.75" x 6.25", two-sided. This cue card was flown to the moon aboard the Apollo 16 LM <I>Orion</B></I> and landed on the lunar surface April 20, 1972. The card includes procedures for a propulsion system abort, either during descent or ascent, and was mounted so as to be immediately available during an emergency.
