<B>Apollo 16 Lunar Module Flown Flag of the Republic of Mexico</B></I> carried by Charles Duke, Jr. in his PPK (Personal Preference Kit) aboard the Lunar Module <I>Orion</B></I>. It remained on the surface of the moon for almost 72 hours and was exposed to the vacuum of space on each of the three EVAs. It was transferred to the Command Module <I>Casper</B></I> and returned to Earth. The flag, 6" x 4", is signed and inscribed by Charles Duke it is also mounted on a printed Apollo 16 sheet. <I>From the collection of Charles M.
