A printed Apollo 15 final Flight Plan, “AS-510/CSM-112/LM-10,” dated four times, with the last being September 23, 1969, measuring 8 x 10.5, bound by a staple to the left edge, and providing a minute-by-minute time frame for the entire mission, including all three moon walks. First page is a copy of the flight plan submission bearing copies of signatures of Spencer Gardner, John W. O’Neill, James Bilideau, Deke Slayton, James McDivitt, and Sigurd Sjoberg. In fine condition, with mild handling wear, scattered toning, and detached front cover.
