Uncommon oversized 8.75 x 8 transparency of the traverse map for the Apollo 15 lunar roving vehicle, which shows the landing site of the LM Falcon and the branching pathways taken by Dave Scott and Jim Irwin when using the lunar rover for the mission's three lunar EVAs. In fine condition. Accompanied by a letter of provenance: "This transparency belonged to my uncle, John F. Cooper. He worked at NASA-Manned Spacecraft Center in Houston, TX from the mid-1960s to January 1973, primarily as a geology‰ÛÒspecialist flight controller. He was also involved in the development of the Lunar Rover Vehicle."
