The front cover is marked “138” in the upper right corner and is issued as “Group 4, Downgraded at 3-year intervals; declassified after 12 years.” The booklet contains post-landing statements made by Alan Shepard, Edgar Mitchell, and Stuart A. Roosa in regard to various aspects of the Apollo 14 mission.
