Two-sided lunar module emergency procedures cue card. One side of this particular checklist page bears a handwritten notation “LMS #17” and the printed notation “Apollo 13, March 9, 1970,” and is believed to have been used by astronaut Charlie Duke as a member of the back-up crew. The page measures 10.25 x 8. In fine condition, with light handling wear, areas of toning and soiling, and a rust spot in the shape of a paperclip impression.A particular riveting item from one of the most harrowing—and nearly fatal—Apollo flights.
