Printed text of the COA captions the flag, ''This flag sailed to the moon on Yankee Clipper, the second manned lunar landing. / APOLLO 12 / November 14-24, 1969''. Bean additionally inscribes, ''To Rosalie & Ron - With our very best wishes - It was a fantastic mission.'' Cloth flag measures 6.25'' x 4'' and certificate measures 9.75'' x 11.75''.
