Apollo 11 “Contingency Checklist,” 6 x 8, prepared by the spacecraft systems branch of the flight crew support division, dated June 9, 1969 and stamp-dated June 16, 1969. The multi-page book covers various scenarios including such emergency procedures for a fire or smoke in the cabin, as well as a “power down” list. In fine condition with scattered toning, some staining, and three punch holes along the left side to each page. The pages are secured by a trio of rings.
