Addressed to Miss Lillian Gerbino of Cold Spring, New York, letter reads in full: ''Dear Miss Gerbino: Colonel Aldrin, Colonel Collins and I certainly appreciate your writing to us bestowing honorary membership in your society, and we are grateful for your good wishes on our forthcoming flight.'' Single page measures 8'' x 10''. Light foxing and mailing folds, otherwise fine condition. Accompanied by a PSA/DNA Certificate of Authenticity.
