Boeing Company report cover, 11 x 8.5, bearing an Apollo 11 mission emblem sticker affixed to lower left, entitled “Saturn/Apollo Program, Responsibilities & Functions, April 19, 1968.” Signed in ballpoint by Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin, and also signed by astronauts Jerry Carr and James Lovell, who has inscribed to Mr. Jerson. In fine condition, with staple hole and creasing to top left corner, and scattered light toning, mainly to top of cover. Accompanied by an unsigned FDC bearing a cachet honoring Boeing, and a pre-printed letter from the Launch Vehicle Branch General Manager of Boeing sending thanks to the Boeing employees for their hard work.
