Scarce official NASA printed Apollo 11 Lunar Operations Plan, dated June 27, 1969, 8 x 10.5, staple-bound, signed on the front cover in black felt tip by Buzz Aldrin and Michael Collins. The plan provides a minute-by-minute plan for the time astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin were to spend on the lunar surface. Currently housed in a custom-designed museum-quality OP-3 UV-filtering Acrylite acrylic display. In fine condition, with a few creases and blacked out address stamp on the front cover. As even unsigned Lunar Operations manuals are highly sought after, with one selling for over $6000, this signed example is a magnificent piece of Apollo 11 history—one page provides instructions for Armstrong to set foot on the moon, “Descend to footpad…Step to Surface.”
