Italian baritone (1866–1939) who was a principal artist of the New York Metropolitan Opera for more than 33 seasons. Oval matte-finish 7.5 x 9.5 profile portrait of Scotti in costume, signed and inscribed in white ink, "To Miss Bernice Burns and the little convoy, best wishes from A. Scotti, N.Y. Feb. 1925.” Framed and in fine condition, with a couple of stains to the bottom border.
