Antonia Campi vases, pair Lavenia Italy, c. 1952 glazed porcelain Working for Lavenia, Campi was at the forefront of Italian studio ceramic design in the early 1950s. Considering herself an artist rather than a product designer, Campi withdrew from Lavenia around 1954 in dismay at the whimsical mass-market copies of her designs produced by companies such as Vibi in Turin. Signed and numbered with glazed factory marks.

All absentee bids are confidential and will be executed competitively.
You may call or fax in absentee bids prior to the day of the sale. All
absentee bids must be signed and dated by the registered buyer. Please
refer to posted increments when leaving absentee bids, off increment
bids will be rounded down. "Plus" bids are accepted. In the event of two
identical bids, the earliest received will be accepted. Wright and R.

Phone bids may be arranged by calling the gallery prior to the
day of the sale. There are a limited number of phones lines so we encourage you to arrange phone bids early. All lots must be estimated over $500 to be on the phone.

There is a 17% buyers premium added to the hammer price of all property sold.
