Antique clip point American Hunting Knife, approx. 12” overall with a 7-3/4” blade, no maker’s marks on ricasso but spread eagle on blade over ribbon announcing “Best Quality” Jal Rights for All, Privileges to None” and “American Hunting Knife”, all across the top of the left side of the blade; the bottom of the same side of the blade is etched with a floral design and the words “Camp Knife”. There is a simple cross guard, four-pin ivory scales on the grip and ornate raised prone lion on both sides of the pommel; the knife is in overall good condition with even wear to the blade and grip; the sheath is overall good with some edge scuffing and slight cracking toward the tip area; belt loop attached to backside.
