Very good plus. The rifle has a smooth gray patina with some spots of darker patina and traces of original blue. There is some scattered minor spotting, with limited minor pitting (mostly on the barrel). The highly figured burl walnut buttstock is fine overall. The forearm is very good with the exception of a hairline crack on the left side of the forearm near the cap and some minor dings and scratches overall. Mechanically fine.
