12" tall x 21" long x 19" deep including the pan, cast steel balance scale marked on a plate: IXL / Southwark Scale Co. / Phila, PA / Patented Nov 1885. A spinning tray holds the weights of 4, 2, and 1lbs, 8,4,3, and 1 once. The two once weight is missing. Below the tray is gate exposing a storage area. Great working condition retaining most of the original red paint. Pan is unpainted and has a few dents.
