This is a wonderful antique silverplate set made by Adelphi Silver Company of New York. Each piece has been quadruple plated and shows a beaded edge with beautiful scrollwork and floral patterns. The seller indicated the set was on one of the original steamboats that traveled to Fort Benton, Montana. All the pieces are marked with the beehive maker's mark that dates from 1890 to 1915. Additionally, they are marked "Quadruple Plate Adelphi Silver Co. New York". Included in the set is a basin with pitcher, chamber pot, water pitcher, champagne bucket, covered sugar bowl, and cup. All the pieces are in good condition. The champagne bucket does have minor damage around the top edge as shown. Also, the basin has a split in the edge as shown. The largest piece measures 16.5" in diameter.
