This is an antique photograph of the Church of St. Mary-the-Virgin on the campus of Oxford University. Photo is attached at the top to a paperboard backing. There is a paper attached to back of paperboard that gives brief description and has "Canterbury Laid" watermark. The photo looks like it could be a silver gelatin print, but we can't be sure. SIZE: Overall: Approx. 10 1/4" x 13". Photo: Approx. 6 1/2" x 10 1/4".

The photo is in excellent condition with no damage. The paperboard backing is in excellent condition except for a small amount of edge damage and dog-ears in the right corners.

We reserve the right to reject any bid. The highest bidder will be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt on our part as to the validity of any bid, the auctioneer will have the final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, our sales record is conclusive.
All transactions must be complete before property is shipped. Property will not be shipped until payment has been made via a VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit, debit, or gift card; certified check; money order; or wire transfer. PayPal and checks are NOT accepted.
If an article sold cannot be delivered by reason of theft, breakage, or other damage prior to shipment, the sale shall be deemed canceled without any liability on the part of All Things Estate Auctions.

Therefore, when a bidder unilaterally violates the terms and conditions by not paying as agreed, forcing All Things Estate Auctions to use valuable time and effort for non-income producing purposes, a 20% restocking fee, with a minimum fee of $50, shall be applied and collected. A 20% restocking fee also applies to merchandise rejected by the buyer due to reasons other than misrepresentation by All Things Estate Auctions. All sales are final. No lots are sold on approval. Placing a bid is a legally binding obligation. There are no returns or exchanges. By signing up to bid and by bidding, bidder agrees not to violate the payment provisions of these terms and conditions.
