The wooden grips are good but discoloured. The bluing is grey/brown and has some pitting. The bore is dark with some pitting. The box measures 15"l x 8.75w x 8.5"h outside and contains, antique Apothecary scale with weights, glass container with presumably fake gold flakes all in a wooden box measuring 8"l x 4.5"w x 2.25"h outside, vintage Justrite Streamlined carbide miners helmet lamp from the 1930's missing a small piece of the bracket, a book titled New Manual of the Sodality containing the rules of the sodality of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 25th edition dated 1885, a book titled Cranford. A Tale. The Temple Classics Gaskell by Elizabeth Cleghorn, 190, 3 old photographs of a man, women and child with stamps on the back, 2 pictures in frames that are both broken, a few unknown silver sparkly and purple rocks, antique screw driver, 32 caliber bullet mold, tin with 12 pieces of 32 caliber round ball, 4 nipples for the gun, tin with 9 percussion caps, antique brass powder horn 4.25" long, antler shot glass, antique glasses, Bicole Hardware Co. strait razor made in Germany 10" in length with a small chip out of the tip of the blade. 1/2 ounce bottle of Mennen Antiseptic oil, 4 piece manicure set in pouch that is in poor condition, small 2 blade jack knife marked Shefield 2.75" long closed, 3 small empty containers one is an antique The Allenbury's Glycerine & Black Currant Pastilles tin, a newer match box and a believed to be bone antique tooth brush. The box appears to be covered in leather that has a lot of cracking and missing pieces.
Gun has not been test fired or inspected by a gunsmith. Action works correctly to the best of our knowledge. We do not clean guns and recommend a thorough cleaning before use.

Your items are available for pickup on the Wednesday following the sale for a period of two weeks. Please email cs@landsboroughauctions.com to make alternate arrangements.
Storage fees:
A $5.00 per item per day will be charged on items not picked up beyond the two-week period following our auction.
Shipping Details:
A prerequisite of our auction is to select your preference to pick up or have items shipped. We will honour your selection. Items will be shipped together when possible. Shipping charges are determined after items have been packaged and weighed. There will be $15.00 per package handling charge. Specific items cannot be or will not be shipped (for example black powder or very large or expensive-to-ship items).
All items are sent by Canada Post or Purolator Courier depending on location, size of parcel and regulations.
Items will be insured and a signature required.
We ship ammunition ONLY within Canada. Ammunition and firearms are shipped separately.
Dangerous goods (ammunition, powder, muzzle loading ignition, primers and compressed gases) will be shipped by Purolator. We require a physical address as Purolator does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please note we can only use Purolator for ammo and their costs will be more expensive than in the past. Purolator is the only option for shipping ammunition. Insurance cost will be charged and calculated at $2.90 per $100, so $1-$100 is $2.90, $101-$200 is $5.70, $201-$300 is $8.70 and so forth. Costs for shipping are processed on your credit card through the iCollector site.

Auction sales will be charged to Visa or Mastercard. NOTE TO ALL BUYERS: All purchases will be made in CAD (Canadian Dollars) currency. All sales are final at the drop of the hammer. All items purchased by bidders will be charged to their Visa or Mastercard at the conclusion of the auction through the iCollector site. If shipping is required for the purchases, a second charge will occur the day the item has been shipped.

In Canada, a valid P.A.L. (possession and acquisition license) is required to acquire firearms and ammunition. Firearm registration applies to all restricted and prohibited firearms purchased within Canada. All restricted and prohibited firearms will have their transfer started on auction day. USA and International bidders have sole responsibility for their purchases and a $40.00 administrative fee is applied on all firearms sales. If purchased items cannot be imported, the items will be sold at the next available auction. Consignment commissions are applicable on the resale. Please note that we do not ship ammunition outside Canada.
