Maker: J. Stevens Arms Co. Chicopee Falls, Mass. Approx. Age: Circa 1880. Size: Measures 5 1/2” over all. Caliber is .22 rimfire. Additional Info: Reportedly, there were only about 4,000 of these GEM Single Shot derringer, pocket pistols made between 1872 and 1890 by Stevens. We are selling this as an antique / curio item and not warranted safe to shoot. No FFL paperwork required on this antique pistol which was made pre-1898. We will only ship this item to the United States and only where it is legal to do so. Please know your local/state laws before buying. Condition: Fair. Retains most of its original nickel finish. A tight little gun but you do have to hold the spur trigger forward when cocking it in order for it to catch. Please look closely at the pictures - they are an important part of our description. Shipping: There will be a $10 handling / packaging fee for shipping this lot. The actual cost of postage will be added on top of that.
