Fully hallmarked at the London Assay Office dated: 1797<BR>
Maker: John Tweedie (poss)<BR>

The slightly domed hinged lid with oval silver and dark wood finial<BR>
and matching wood scroll handle.<BR>
<BR>
The body of the teapot engraved either side with two family crests,<BR>
One crest worn but visible (please see photo)<BR>
The 2nd crest worn & not visible.<BR>

Length: 10 ¾ inches long from handle to spout. <BR>
Weight: 17 troy ozs<BR>
General condition: Very good, commensurate with age and use. <BR>
