Date & Time: Saturday & Sunday, August 29th & 30th - 10:00 a.m. each day.
Location: Cranbrook, B.C. Curling Rink - 1777-2nd Street North, Cranbrook, B.C.
Family Home located at 43 Anderson Crescent, Cranbrook, B.C. will be auctioned at 3:00 p.m. (MST) 2:00 p.m. (PST).
We will be accepting Debit, Visa, Mastercard, E-Transfer and Money Orders or Bank Drafts. For the Property located at 43 Anderson Crescent - we require a $10,000 deposit within 24 hours of the completion of the sale of the house (which will be auctioned at 3:00 pm MST - 2:00 pm PST). Therefore, the deposit would have to be provided to the Realtor Brian Rhodes at Remax Blue Sky Realty in Cranbrook by Monday morning.
