A Very Beautiful and Quite Rare Sauce Tureen, with Notched Lid and Fitted Stand, Circa 1800, By the Coalport Porcelain Factories of England, in the Wildly Popular "Money Tree" Pattern. Regency England's interpretation of the patterns that were being imported from the Orient, Painted in Vivid Colors of Rust, Iron-Red and Cobalt, with Celadon Green Highlights and Lavishly accented with fine Gilt Work. Pieces of this nature were considered a "Status Symbol" in 18th and 19th Century Europe and America. This Beautiful Pattern has been Collected by Dolley Madison, Queen Elizabeth II of England, Jayne Wrightsman, David and Nelson Rockefeller.
