Antique Art Deco era ( 1920's - 1940's ) Saltwater Akoya Pearls Necklace. 8.7 grams, 3.15mm - 5.6mm size, lustrous white hue pearls, naturally rounded & polished on silk string with 10k white gold filigree fish hook clasp. Handmade during the Art Deco era, there are ninety-seven saltwater Aloya pearls, polished & drilled by hand. To prevent damage from friction or loss of pearls in case of a break, the silk string was double knotted with pearls placed in graduated sizes.    Â
