This is an antique circa 1910 magazine illustration featuring a drawing by artist Penrhyn Stanlaws. SIZE: Approx. 10" x 13 1/4". Penrhyn Stanlaws was born in 1877 in Dundee, Scotland. A prominent illustrator of the 1910s through 1930s, his ladies would show up everywhere from cigarette ads to the covers of Colliers, The Ladies' Home Journal and The Saturday Evening Post.

Very good to excellent condition except for some light denting, some light handling wear, some light tanning along the edges, a couple of small edge tears, a 3/4" tear on the right edge, and a light bend in the bottom right. The rough left edge is where the page was removed from the magazine.

A 20% restocking fee also applies to merchandise rejected by the buyer due to reasons other than misrepresentation by All Things Estate Auctions. All sales are final. No lots are sold on approval. Placing a bid is a legally binding obligation. There are no returns or exchanges.
