3. Descriptions of lots offered in this catalog are believed to be accurate and in keeping with booksellers general practices. 4. All books have been collated and are believed to be complete in text and illustration unless otherwise stated in this catalog. However, if after delivery to purchaser, any lot proves to be defective as to completeness of text or illustration, that lot may be returned and the purchase price will be refunded. Any such return must be done within 10 calendar days of receipt by the purchaser, and immediate notification of such return must be made to Discovery Book Auctions by telephone, fax or e-mail. No returns will be accepted nor refunds made for lots returned more than 10 days after receipt.
