The lot features a custom made excellent rustic chair showing a Annie Oakley cutout back with wonderful Cowhide upholstery. The chair shows an excellent Molesworth style design. The cowhide upholstery is hair-on top-grain leather. The chair was purchased for $1910.00 in the 1990’s. The piece shows good overall condition and displays very well. Annie Oakley Butler was an American sharpshooter and exhibitionist from the 19th century. Annie Oakley was also a part of the famous Buffalo Bill Wild West Show in the late 19th century.
