Knopf, Inc., 1976), first edition, 372 pages, black paper boards shelf backed in black cloth with gilt titles, 8vo (5.75" x 8.5"), dust jacket. The book is in about very good condition, with spine cocked and minor abrasions to the endpapers where the dust jacket Mylar has stuck to them.
