Not cancelled. 25c Power of Attorney revenue stamp on back. Portrait of lady (Windsor or stock?) Robbins & Co. printer, San Francisco. Three vertical folds. Corner and edge nicks. Otherwise very fine. On October 25, 1863 the Daily Alta California reprinted a letter from the Reese River district. "The most valuable discovery is that of the Anna Windsor. This lode is one solid mass of chloride, eighteen inches wide, and, if properly worked by mill process, will yield two to three thousand dollars per ton". Original incorporators were George W.
