<B>Angela Lansbury's Screen-Worn Dress from</B></I> <B><I>Harlow.</B></I></B></I> A black velvet dress worn by Angela Lansbury in her role as "Mama Jean" in the 1965 drama <I>Harlow.</B></I> Oscar-winning costume designer Edith Head provided the wardrobe for the film based on Jean Harlow's life, and this elegant piece is a prime example of her renowned talent. The long-sleeved velvet frock has a Paramount tag attached along the inner lining with Lansbury's name written in black ink (though the ink has moderately faded with time).
