Ruger, Assistant Quartermaster at Nashville, Tennessee. Although undated, with Johnson signing as Military Governor and Brigadier General, document would date between March 1862 to 1864, as President Lincoln appointed Johnson military governor of occupied Tennessee. In fine condition, with expected storage folds, a bit of scattered light toning and soiling and a few light spots, none affecting signature. Pre-certified John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
