Signed at the conclusion in black ink by Johnson and countersigned by his secretary of state. Double matted and framed with a portrait of Johnson, to an overall size of 27 x 16. In very good condition, with two vertical folds, scattered light toning, a bit heavier to edges and folds, and a few wrinkles. Oversized.
