Wade/Ohio</B></I>." The Colfax and Wade measure 2.5" x 4", the Chase has been trimmed at the top 2.5" x 3.75". Each has the Brady studio imprint on verso. <B>Salmon P. Chase</B></I> was Lincoln's Secretary of the Treasury. As Chief Justice, he presided over President Johnson's impeachment trial. Ohio Senator <B>Benjamin Franklin Wade</B></I> was President pro tempore of the Senate and would have become the 18th U.S. President if Johnson had been found guilty. <B>Schuyler Colfax</B></I> represented Indiana in Congress from 1855-1869 and was Speaker of the House during the impeachment trial. He served as Grant's Vice President from 1869-1873.
