Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 15.5 x 9.5, June 25, 1831. President Jackson grants 80 acres of land in Alabama to Benjamin Clements. Signed at the conclusion by Jackson and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Hayward. Vertical folds, handwritten portions fairly light, but still mostly legible, some paper loss to edges, and soiling along bottom, some affecting end of signature, otherwise very good condition. The seal is slightly worn and toned, but intact.
