Partially printed DS, as president, one page, 15 x 9, November 10, 1830. A grant for an 80-acre parcel of land in Missouri. Signed at the conclusion by Jackson and countersigned by the commissioner of the general land office. The embossed paper seal remains intact at lower left. Archivally shadow box framed with a gold-inlaid, sterling silver portrait plate issued in a limited edition by the Franklin Mint in the early-to-mid 1970s to an overall size of 36 x 19. In good condition, with folds, wrinkling, a few light spots, advanced fading to written portion of text, and Jackson’s large signature on the light side, but mostly legible. Oversized.
