Short letter declining an autogrpah request. In full: “The Ambassador has received your request for his autograph and autographed photograph. While appreciating your interest he regrets that he is unable to make an exception to his rule not to give them.” In fine condition, with intersecting folds, and rusty paperclip marks to lower left.
