Ancient Malwa, post-Mauryan uninscribed die-struck coinage, Ujjain/Maheshwar region - three copper coin of 'human figure' type, (c.200-150 BC): (A) Obv: Human figure standing facing holding stick and water-pot, tree in railing to left, Swastika and wheel with arrow-spokes to right. Rev: 'Ujjain' symbol with Swastikas in orbs (PAIC 636, 2.11g). (B) Obv: Human figure with hair tuft standing facing holding stick and water-pot, tree in railing to left, wheel with arrow spokes to right. Rev: 'Ujjain' symbol with concentric orbs (PAIC 670-var., 1.70g). (C) Obv: Human figure with hair tuft standing facing holding stick and water-pot, Swastika and small 'Ujjain' symbol to right. Rev: 'Ujjain' symbol with taurines in orbs (PAIC 672, 0.91g).(3 coins)
