<B>Ancient Coin, Ruby, Diamond, Gold Pendant-Enhancer</B></I><BR><BR>The brooch features an Ancient coin, circa 245 AD, depicting Philip II as Caesar, resting in an ornate 18k white and yellow gold frame, enhanced by an oval-shaped ruby cabochon weighing approximately 0.50 carat, accented by full-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 0.10 carat. A bail, pinstem and catch complete the reverse.
