An exhibition quality Minton redware vase, with loop handles on prunus moulded base, painted on each side with large oval panels of a lady at a potters wheel and another removing a vase from the kiln, both assisted by girls, possibly painted by Thomas Kirkby, bordered by white chrysanthemums growing on lattice panels, probably painted by William Heath Pilsbury, impressed mark and date code for 1881, height 32.5ins width 18ins £5,000-7,000
