An early 19th century Sheffield silver plate tea urn, the lid with plain knop above a beaded knop in turn above the spreading fan decorated lid flanked by two sinuous handles upon the urn body with part engraved base, the tap having an ivory knop and all supported upon a spreading circular beaded foot on a square base on shaped bun feet. Height 20.5ins. (see illustration)
