Norway, 2. Schleswig, 3. Holstein, 4. Stormania, 5. Ditmarschen with Oldenburg quartering Delmenhurst in pretence. The Dukes of Sonderburg were claimants to the Grand Duchy of Schleswig-Holstein and the arms on this beaker are thought to be in effect the old arms of Schleswig-Holstein. (see illustration) £150-200
