An early 18th century oak longcase clock by Thomas Deykin of Worcester with plain hood and side glass panels, long door with glass lenticle and plain base; original door hinges, but replacement lock and repairs to the base. The hourly striking 8-day movement has five pillars, a brass and 'silver' dial marked "The Deykin Worcester No.176", original pendulum and weights with ring tops. Possibly circa 1728/29, height 80.5". £3000 - 4000
