An Etruscan Bucchero amphora, Italic, c. 640 - 620 BC, the globular body with low disc base, concave neck, everted rim and flat arching handles. The decoration on the body consists of double spirals and multiple stroke 'W' beneath each of the handles. H: 4 2/5 in (11.3cm). Heavy mineral deposits inside and out, the disk foot with antique restoration. Cf.
