<td width="100%">
Entry door from Mansion built in 1929. This door has a great weathered look and is solid. A unique and key feature is the grotesque knocker that has a diameter of 10" custom made for the piece. The knocker is made of solid brass and has some original paint/plating on the piece. When the original owner sold the home it became an orphanage in 1953 until it was turned into an adoption center in 1973. The place has since been demolished (2007). We feel that this door was a key architectural element to the design of the house. During the removal we have recovered the entire surround front and back intact. Included are the sconce, door buzzer and key. Door measures 41.5 x 76 3/4 with surround 94 H x 6' W
